When you purchase or download a Sumanode app, design template, or interactive guide:

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the assets for personal or professional projects.
• You may modify the template contents for your own use.
• You may NOT resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the source files or product assets in their raw form.

2. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined per product and detailed on each product's listing page. Sumanode checkout and refund processing are handled externally through our payment platform providers.

3. Limitation of Liability

Sumanode provides templates and software utilities "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

4. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the local regulations applicable to the independent operator. Any dispute will be handled in corresponding local courts.
